Congratulations Julie, here to the next 50! See you there!!

Another great night. Everyone up for a good night. Mustang went down a storm. Nice to see TEN young ladies up dancing and singing.

Alice thanks for staying up on stage, don't know what you're mum thought but cracking from behind the kit. Hope you didn't have too much of a bad head on Saturday? Hahahaha.

Another full set althought we missed the encore as we had to be off stage before midnight. Merry Christmas Everybody would have gone down a belter.

Cheers

Think a good night had by all. Three sets and 38 numbers plus a touch of memory loss from the older end of the band. Hahahahahaa

Harry the usher did a great job as the best man was suffering from a bad stomach, could have been from the night before!? Hahaha!. A couple of new numbers in the set plus a couple of old ones brought back in. The audience were a bit shy for the first two shorter sets but after the wine and beer had been flowing things were cooking on gas.

Cries for more at the end of the night and we finished with Summer of 69, Teenage Kicks and Merry Christmas which went down a storm. Cries for more so we When we were young which went down a blinder.

All the best from the band to Chris and Hannah! XXXXX!! Hope you enjoyed the night as much as we did!!? Oh and one for Harry X! Thanks for the ipod. First number went down very, very well.

Shipley and District Working Mens Club.

A good night had by all I think. First set on stage at 8.45pm. First gig for the band with out a lead guitarist. A few cocks ups buy don't think anyone noticed apart from the band and a few musicians out there. Gaz and Scotty got into the role to cover lead section between them, nice job lads. About 150 in the audience who were a bit quiet for the first half. After the break the band were back on at 10.15pm. Volume up and an extra speaker wired in for Scotty, we got the WALL of SOUND. The guests were up and dancing (and drinking), a few on the spot changes to the set as we went on to keep the mood going also Big Ted suffering with memory loss for one number but the little grey cells came back. Mustang Sally went down well with the usual audience participation. Great view from behind the kit. A few speeches mid set from Johns workmates from the Fire Service and some emotional words from John, well done. The memory loss rubbed off on all the band at some point but managed to hold it together, just like old pro's. Hahahaha. End of set with Vertigo. But the cries for more and we were back on for a further three numbers to finish at 11.45! A great night.

All the best to John & Janice the lucky things. Good luck on your travels in the camper and enjoy your retirement.
